Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does a visitor need to join?

A visitor needs a supported phone browser, internet access, a UniHear account, and earbuds for private listening. The organizer shares a QR code or event link.

Can UniHear work on a walking tour?

Yes, provided the guide and visitors have reliable internet access. Mobile network conditions along the route can affect audio delivery.

Does UniHear store the guide's original audio?

UniHear does not intentionally save raw event audio in its application database. Audio is transmitted to communication and AI providers for real-time processing.
